Article 1 – Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the company PIMPAS (hereinafter "the Seller") with consumers and non-professional buyers (hereinafter "the Customer"), wishing to acquire the products offered for sale by the Seller on the website www.pimpas.fr (or other official URL).

The General Terms and Conditions are accessible at any time on the website and shall prevail, where applicable, over any other version or contradictory document.

Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website, subject to availability.
Each product is presented with a precise description.
The photographs are as accurate as possible but have no contractual value.

Article 3 – Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The product will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
Delivery charges may apply and will be clearly indicated before order confirmation.

Article 4 – Orders
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The customer receives a confirmation email after payment has been validated.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute.

Article 5 – Payment
Payment for purchases is made via the secure payment methods indicated on the website.
The price is payable in full, in cash, on the day the order is placed.

Article 6 – Delivery
The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
Delivery times are specified when ordering.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay any penalty.
Products must be returned in their original condition, otherwise the refund may be refused or partial.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the return and verification of the product's condition by our teams.

⚠️ Attention: some personalized or perishable products may not be subject to the right of withdrawal (article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code).

Article 8 – Legal Guarantees
The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

Article 9 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of PIMPAS.
Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

Article 10 – Personal Data
The information collected is processed for order management and customer relations purposes.
In accordance with the GDPR, the Client has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him/her.

Article 11 – Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
